Adequate soundproofed spaces stimulate the exchange of ideas, reduce noise, increase concentration and increase employee productivity. The process of working in the cabins is as convenient as possible thanks to thought-out ergonomics, technological solutions and natural premium materials.
Soundproofing
The cockpit is designed with acoustic materials and isolates up to 35dB of noise, effectively blocking sound waves of different frequencies and volumes
No echo
Thanks to sound-absorbing materials inside the cab, echo is effectively damped, creating a comfortable acoustic environment.
Ventilation
The quiet fan renews up to 30 m³ of air per hour. The location and design of ventilation ducts exclude local stagnation of air and carbon dioxide (CO₂).
Sound mufflers
Air enters the cab through special mufflers. This eliminates the passage of noise through the ventilation inward and outward.
Three-layer triplex
We use safe three-layer triplex in the cabins. Each layer is of different thickness in order to avoid resonance at different sound frequencies.
LED lighting
The cabin is equipped with an LED lamp with a color temperature of 3500-4500 Kelvin and a luminous flux of 450 Lux
USB port and socket
There is an outlet (220V) and a USB port (2.1A) inside the cab. This allows all the devices necessary for operation to be connected to the network.
Smart electronics
Silentbox knows when someone is inside. The cabin automatically turns on and off the ventilation system and lights. Switching on interval 6-8 minutes.

We decided to create the perfect booth in which we and our employees would like to work. Therefore, for more than a year, we studied the latest research and collected data on important criteria for assessing the quality of meeting rooms: ventilation and air, the influence of psychoacoustics, panic attacks and claustrophobia, the influence of carbon dioxide, the influence of warmth and brightness of light, and the ergonomics of space. Why do I need Silentbox Booths in my office?

What products do you offer?
We offer room-in-room solutions that can be set up cost-effectively and flexible. Our Silentbox Solo is for one person, Silentbox Duet is for 2 persons and Silentbox Quartet suits for up to 4 persons. All booths have everything you need: lighting, ventilation, a table and of course the sound insulating double walls.
Can I assemble Silentbox booths myself?
Yes! Typically, two people without prior setup experience can assemble it within 60 to 120 minutes. For added convenience, we provide assembly instructions to facilitate the process.
Do you ship abroad?
We deliver to the EU, Eastern Europe and CIS countries, as well as we have the ability to deliver cabins by sea to any part of the world.

Can I customize the booths?
Yes! You can choose from 10 available exterior colour options for your stands or you can make a custom order so that the design matches your corporate identity. We have exterior films, over 300 colours and custom prints can also be made to order.
Can I move a Solo booth around the office?
Certainly. The Solo booth is designed for effortless assembly and disassembly. If your office floor is smooth, you can easily move it by placing a blanket under its feet and sliding it to the desired location. Please be cautious and ensure to use a blanket (or similar protective layer) under the feet to prevent any damage while moving the booth.
Do I need accessories for the Silentbox booth?
Our office booths come with everything needed for effective work: ventilation, lighting, table, comfortable sofas, USB/TYPE-C ports and of course sound insulating double walls.
Is there a guarantee?
We give a 2-year warranty for the booths. This covers all repair costs or replacement parts that are incurred due to manufacturing defects.

How many hours can I spend in the booth?
You can spend your entire workday inside our booths if you need to. Though they are typically used by most customers as an addition to their regular workspace. This setup ensures you can enjoy peace and quiet during important phone calls or meetings. Silentbox booths are equipped with a good ventilation guaranteeing that air is refreshed at least once every minute to maintain a constant supply of fresh air. Furthermore, both booths offer excellent power support for your devices, making them perfectly suited for extended meetings.
Where are the booths manufactured?
Silentbox office cubicles are manufactured in Ukraine and Poland. But for European customers are shipped from a warehouse in Poland. Therefore, all our customers always receive their orders in time and with minimal logistics costs.
What tools do I need?
A detailed list of tools is available in our assembly instructions, which can be requested from our manager.
How does the assembly work?
You can either order a turnkey cabin assembly or assemble the cabin yourself with the help of our instructions. The cabin assembly process requires minimal experience in furniture assembly and basic tools. We provide detailed instructions with photos for each step of the process.
Additionally, we offer supervised installation services with the assistance of our experienced specialists, who will travel to your site. The cost of installation supervision is calculated separately.
What is the production time?
Production time is from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the number of booths ordered, and often booths in popular colours are available in stock, so delivery time can be shortened to 1-2 weeks.
